Port City Concrete has the most up-to-date dry batching system in the area. The twin silo Vince Hagan Plant is engineered for high production with minimum downtime. The plant is also equipped with a “C&W” high velocity dust collector which collects cement from the air and redistributes to our silos. Not only is this plant efficient, it is also very environmentally conscious.
